Free Consultation
The Law Office of Melinda McNicholas offers free consultations for living trust and estate planning matters. Initial consultations are held in-person or virtually online.
Draft and Review Documents
If you decide to engage the Law Office of Melinda McNicholas for your estate planning matters, she will prepare drafts of your documents for your review, tailored to your specific goals and wishes.
Execution of Documents
Once your documents drafts have been finalized, you will meet with Melinda McNicholas to sign and notarize your documents, or you may meet remotely with a notary of your choice. Melinda will also assist with recording any transfers of real property into your living trust, and provide instruction on the transfer of other assets.
