Meet Melinda McNicholas, Attorney at Law

For over 18 years, Melinda McNicholas (formerly Melinda Ellis) has provided guidance to clients in the areas of Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate. Melinda received her juris doctor degree in 2004 from Pepperdine University School of Law and became licensed to practice law the same year. Melinda is also a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization.

Over the years, she has gained in-depth experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, conservatorships, and other probate matters. Melinda lives in Malibu with her husband and their rescue pug, Francie.
